Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and efficient Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in front desk operations or customer service. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing front desk duties, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telecalling:

    • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, reminders, or service offerings.
    • Handle inbound calls with professionalism, answering inquiries and providing assistance.
    • Record customer feedback and provide timely updates to the concerned teams.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, or calls as needed.
  • Front Desk Operations:

    • Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and packages.
    • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
    • Ensure that the front desk is covered at all times during business hours.
  • Customer Service & Support:

    • Address customer queries or complaints and resolve them promptly.
    • Provide information regarding products/services and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Maintain and update client databases and records.
    • Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling, filing, and preparing reports.
    • Keep track of office supplies and ensure that the front desk is adequately stocked.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • At least 1 year of experience in a telecalling or customer-facing role, preferably in a front desk or receptionist capacity.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Good phone etiquette and the ability to handle calls professionally.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
    • A professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
