Job Description:
To simplify the process, we have outlined the selection rounds as follows:
- Assignment Round
- HR Round on Google Meet
- Interview with the Associate Director of Design
we require candidates to be onboarded within 15 days.

Assignment Details:
1. Simple Logo Design
- Brand: "EcoSphere" (fictional eco-friendly, sustainable home products startup)
- Requirements:
a. Minimalistic design reflecting eco-conscious values.
b. Two versions: one with the brand name and another with just the symbol.
c. Limit to two colors. - Submission: Explanation of thought process, including brainstorming and research methods.
2. Diwali Card Design for the Same Brand
- Requirements:
a. A5 size, single-side print.
b. Include the AI file in the submission. - Submission: Explanation of thought process, including brainstorming and research methods.
Skills Assessed During Interview:
- Communication skills.
- Client-facing experience.
- Industry diversity (minimum 1+ year in different industries).
- Logo and branding experience (minimum 1 year).
Assignment Evaluation Criteria:
- Adherence to requirements.
- Creativity that incorporates eco-friendly and home-product themes in the logo.
- Diwali card design being minimalist while subtly promoting home products.
