About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in the automobile industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and ensuring business growth by implementing effective sales strategies and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Oversee and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Motivate and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, dealerships, and partners to expand market presence.
  • Lead Generation: Use innovative methods and market research to generate high-quality leads and follow up on potential opportunities to convert them into sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies and ensure product positioning is competitive.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor analysis to senior management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer experience.
  • Incentive Management: Motivate the sales team by setting performance-driven incentives and rewards for achieving sales goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation in any field (Bachelor’s degree required).
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automobile or related industries.
  • Skills:
    • Strong experience in lead generation, business development, and closing sales.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Goal-oriented and target-driven with a passion for sales.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and confident with the ability to drive change.
