Accountant cum Operation Manager

Job Description:

Job Summary: The Accountant cum Operations Manager will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and overseeing daily operations to optimize efficiency and profitability. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial legislation.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Operations Management Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the franchisee business.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to ensure timely inventory management.
• Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage customer service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and operations management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
