Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our Online broking services.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in digital broking space.
    • Build and execute strategies for effective customer acquisition and engagement.
    • Promote DIY approach for share trading and service from the customers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, design, and marketing to develop and launch new products and features.
    • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through engagement with stakeholders and analysis of market trends.
    • Oversee the product development process, from concept through to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary liaison between the product team and other departments, including sales, operations, and customer support.
    • Communicate product updates and changes effectively to internal and external audiences.
    • Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve product offerings.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Analyze product performance metrics like Customer Acquisition, activation and ARPU and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement strategies to optimize product performance and user experience.
    • Prepare and present regular product performance reports and updates to senior management.
  • Regulatory & Compliance:
    • Ensure that products and features comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues related to product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 10 years of experience in product management, preferably within the broking or financial services industry.
    • Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle and delivering successful products.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of broking and financial markets.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
