Back office executive
Job Description:
The Back Office Executive is responsible for handling the administrative and clerical tasks required to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s back-end processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Management:
Input and update data in various systems accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and manage records, databases, and filing systems.
Documentation:
Prepare, compile, and manage documents such as invoices, reports, memos, and other records.
Ensure all documents are filed and stored according to company policies and procedures.
Administrative Support:
Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and other activities.
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
Support front office functions as needed.
Coordination and Communication:
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for various operational needs.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all activities are compliant with company policies and regulations.
Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
Inventory and Supplies Management:
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
Place orders for supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
