Job Description:

Education Qualification: BE/ME (Industrial Safety)
Exp: 3 to 5 yrs Exp
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and maintain strategies, plans and procedures to protect
employees, property and facilities from workplace health and safety hazards.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety issues and
ensure compliance with established safety protocols.
3. Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes and implement
corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
4. Provide regular safety training sessions
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation for safety inspections, incidents
and training.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety strategies, plans and procedures,
and adjust as needed.
7. Maintain accident record and near miss report
8. 100% PPE adherence during operations
9. Undertake Safety Audit as per company format Monthly, quarterly, follow up for
maintenance & maintain records.
10. Communication in English(Read ,Write and Speak) is Must

Must Have Key Skills
a. Near miss / Accident report making
b. MHE related safety analysis report or checklist need to prepare and
monitor Risk assessment (Document ,analysis ,activity)  
c. Hazard waste management
d. Complete responsible for shift safety.
e. Certification of NEBOSH .

f. Experience in similar industry
