Job Description:

Education Qualification: Diploma , BE(Any Stream)
Exp:07 to 10 yrs. Exp

Key Responsibilities:
1. Define project scope, objectives in collaboration with clients.
2. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties and vendors for flawless
execution of projects.
3. Responsible for Man power (operators) - Training, shift Planning and on site
performance
4. Maintain effective communications with client and provide regular updates.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact.
6. Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
7. Prepare and Maintaining Monthly reports and submit on timely basis
8. Responsible for In and out register for Equipment/Spare parts/Customer
returned parts/free replacement parts.
9. Periodic training of the Operators to suit customer requirements
10. Ensuring the operators to maintaining discipline, regularity, uniformity & dress
code
11. Communication in English(Read ,Write and Speak) is Must

Must Have Key Skills
a. Need to handle 100 manpower skill
b. Machine Down time and uptime
c. Manpower shift allocation
d. Manpower absenteeism handling
e. Operator IR related issue need to handle(Like salary , Absent)
f. Training for operator planning and execution
