Machine Design and Development: Design and develop ISBM machines and related systems, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Process Optimization: Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste.

Tooling and Mold Design: Develop and oversee the design of molds, tooling, and dies for ISBM processes, ensuring precision and adherence to product specifications.

Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot complex issues related to machinery and processes, and implement corrective actions.

Research and Development (R&D): Conduct R&D activities to innovate and improve ISBM technologies, materials, and process parameters.

Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance protocols, including conducting tests, inspections, and validations to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Project Management: Manage projects related to ISBM technology development, new product introductions, and process improvements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, including design specifications, test results, project reports, and technical manuals.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Technology, Plastics Engineering, or a related field from CIPET or a recognized institution.

CIPET Certification: Certification or training from CIPET in relevant disciplines such as Injection Molding Technology, Blow Molding Technology, or Advanced Diploma in Plastic Processing & Testing.

Experience: Several years of experience in the plastics industry, with a focus on injection stretch blow molding or similar plastic molding processes.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), knowledge of PLC programming, and understanding of materials science and polymer processing.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.

Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) for plastic manufacturing.
