 Prior experience in sales management, specifically in the home loan or LAP industry.
 Strong understanding of home loan and LAP products, including legal and financial
aspects.
 Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
 Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
 Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

Job Description
 Manage and lead the team for home loans and LAP.
 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to stimulate
sales growth.
 Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on sales
opportunities.
 Train and develop sales staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
 Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
 Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
 Participate in industry events and networking to promote the brand and generate leads
