Qualifications
• Any graduation / Post Graduation is preferred.
Job Description
• Need to have impressive communication & Quick learning ability
• Minimum work experience of 5 years in US mortgage Closing & compliance (TRID
Regulation) segment. Team Leader / Quality Audit experience of 1 year is preferred.
• The Candidate must have excellent domain knowledge of Closing & Compliance,
TRID regulations, Disclosures etc. Experience of working on at least 1 compliance
tool (Compliance ease, Mavent, PredProtect, DOcMagic etc.) including
feeding/validating the inputs, obtaining & analyzing the results, accordingly, working
with the clients to cure the deficiencies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
