Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with hands-on experience in development, specifically with React JS, Next.js, and React Native. This hybrid role requires both project management skills and technical expertise. The position is full-time and based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The successful candidate will oversee IT projects, manage development teams, and participate in hands-on coding and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Actively participate in the development process using React JS, Next.js, and React Native.
• Review and approve code, manage pull requests, and oversee the merge and deployment processes.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Implement seamless A.I. solutions into various projects.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong technical background in React JS, Next.js, and React Native.
• Ability to review code, manage pull requests, and handle deployment tasks.
• Excellent project management skills, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
