Job Title: HEAD IT- SAP Function– Financial, Production & Supply Chain Modules

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT- SAP professional with expertise in Financial (FI/CO),
Production Planning (PP), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal
candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing
SAP systems across these key areas. He will work closely with business stakeholders to
analyse requirements, design solutions, and deliver end-to-end SAP implementations that
enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
SAP Financial (FI/CO):
a. Design, configure, and support SAP Financial modules (FI/CO) including General
Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting
(AA).
b. Implement and optimize financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and
financial reporting.
c. Integrate financial modules with other SAP modules to ensure seamless financial
data flow and reporting.
SAP Production Planning (PP):
a. Manage the configuration and deployment of the SAP PP module for production
scheduling, demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), and shop
floor control.
b. Ensure alignment of production processes with business objectives by implementing
best practices.
c. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimize production efficiency
and resource utilization.

SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM):
a. Implement and support SCM modules such as Materials Management (MM),
Warehouse Management (WM), and Logistics Execution (LE).
b. Analyse supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and propose process
improvements including inventory and WIP.
c. Manage the end-to-end supply chain process from procurement through production
to distribution.
Requirements:
a. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related
field.
b. 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation with a focus on Financial, Production
Planning, and Supply Chain modules.
c. Proven expertise in SAP FI/CO, PP, and SCM modules including hands-on
configuration and customization.
d. Strong understanding of business processes in financial accounting, production
management, and supply chain operations.
e. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
f. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into
technical solutions.
g. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
a. SAP certification in FI/CO, PP, or SCM modules.
b. Experience in leading full-cycle SAP implementations from blueprinting to go-live and
post-go-live support.
c. Knowledge of integration points between SAP modules and experience in cross-
functional projects.
d. Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management.
