AVP – Online Business ( Revenue)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients post-sales.
    • Address client inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
  2. Trade Settlement and Confirmation:
    • Oversee and ensure timely settlement of trades and accurate trade confirmations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (like custodians and clearing houses) to resolve settlement issues promptly.
  3. Risk Management:
    • Monitor and manage post-trade risks including settlement, credit, and operational risks.
    • Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Operational Efficiency:
    • Streamline post-sales processes to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce risk and cost.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and analyze post-trade reports for management and clients.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to post-sales activities.
  6. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Supervise and mentor junior team members.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment and provide training as necessary.
  1. Recruitment of Team members

   

  • Recruitment of Call & Trade and dealers in terms of performance, Training, Quality and attrition management. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) preferred.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the Broking  industry, with a focus on post-sales operations in equity or derivative markets.
  • Strong understanding of trade settlement processes, regulations, and market practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
