Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Structural Engineer to join our Civil Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, Co-ordination and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring their safety, stability, and compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Analysis:
    • Perform civil | structural analysis and design for a variety of structures including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
    • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro, and Revit to develop detailed structural designs and models.
    • Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
  2. Project Management:
    • Manage and coordinate civil | structural engineering projects from concept through completion.
    • Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project objectives are met.
  3. Construction Oversight:
    • Provide technical support during the construction phase, including site visits and inspections.
    • Review and approve construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
    • Address and resolve any structural issues that arise during construction.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare detailed engineering reports, calculations, and documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records of designs, analyses, and project progress.
    • Present findings and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  5. Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all civil | structural designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
    • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Stay current with advancements in structural engineering techniques, materials, and technologies.

    Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12-14 years of experience in Civil structural engineering, preferably within the civil engineering sector.
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in civil | structural analysis and design software.
    • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
