Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • End-User Support: Provide day-to-day technical support to all end users, resolving software and hardware issues promptly.
  • IP Phone Maintenance: Manage and maintain IP phone systems, ensuring continuous and efficient communication.
  • Network Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.
  • IP Camera Maintenance: Manage and maintain IP Camera systems  
  • ERP Software Support: Provide support for ERP software, assisting users with any issues or questions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Tech in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field; MCA.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic networking knowledge.
    • Familiarity with IP phone systems and IP cameras.
    • Experience with any ERP software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are is a recycling-based kraft paper manufacturing unit, located near Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. It was founded on 15th Jan. 2019 and has a capacity of upto 200 tons per day.
