Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- End-User Support: Provide day-to-day technical support to all end users, resolving software and hardware issues promptly.
- IP Phone Maintenance: Manage and maintain IP phone systems, ensuring continuous and efficient communication.
- Network Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.
- IP Camera Maintenance: Manage and maintain IP Camera systems
- ERP Software Support: Provide support for ERP software, assisting users with any issues or questions.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field; MCA.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Familiarity with IP phone systems and IP cameras.
- Experience with any ERP software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
