HR Admin (Female)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Facilitate the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and on-boarding.
Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage and oversee the performance appraisal system to ensure high performance.
Maintain the company’s pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Administrative:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
Provide support to the management team as needed.
Liaise with external partners, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or Administrative Assistant.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., ATS, payroll systems).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
