Job Description:
  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
  2. Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products and enhance existing offerings.
  6. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  7. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Travel to various locations to meet with clients, attend industry events, and supervise sales activities.
  10. Uphold company values and standards while representing the organization professionally.
