Job Description:

On boarding of new Joiners (Joining formalities , Documentation and Induction.) Exit Formalities (Documentation , Hand-over and Full &Final processing). Issuing Offer letter , ID cards , Experience letter , warning letter & Termination letter. Maintaining the Records (Files , letter & Documents in soft copy as well). Account details verifcation before salary processing. Registeration of employee in EPFO & ESIC. Update & correction of employee details in EPFO &? ESIC. Travel Expense preparation and processing of sales employee on monthly basis. Handling the queries & issues of employee's. Re-check of Attendance sheet before salary processing (leaves & miss-punch). Organising Festival events , functions & offce trip. Vendor management (CCTV , Offce stationery , Drinking water , Security guard , Plumber , Electrician , Fire equipment & Generator). Handling & Managing the Store , Offce Inventory & Pantry.
