QA and QC for Assistant Manager for Hyderabad

Job Description:

Responsibility:

 To maintain the entire documentation as per cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 on daily and fortnightly basis.
 To supervise the Shift Inspector and Assembly Supervisor.
 To prepare necessary documentations for new product development trials.
 Responsible for auditing OPC and preparing the related documents.
 Responsible to take the trials of new material/master batches and reporting to Manager- QA.
 Responsible for preparations of batch cards.
 To manage the Shifts of the processes with Manpower.
 To prepare the Test Certificate and Dispatch Inspection Report.
 To maintain 5S in the shop floor.
 To re-verify the supplier documents for eg. TC.
 To communicate the supplier about the incoming material inward or online rejection analysis and rejections.
 To do sample inspections if required and to process non conformity product clearance.
 To maintain the Change Management System.
 To prepare MOM in absence of Manager-QA whenever required.
 To perform quarterly supplier audit.
 To assist QA- Executive and Manager in implementing Quality Management System and various related work whenever required.
 To calculate the PPR with graph every month.
 Authorize for inspection of all incoming and outgoing material and hold and reject material.

Key Skills & Attributes

 Knowledge of Injection Moulding, blow moulding and injection blow moulding.
 Good knowledge in RM Testing, ISO & CGMP
 Competent in problem solving and hard working

Essential Qualifications: Diploma/Degree from CIPET or equivalent
