Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the store team, ensuring efficient daily operations and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer traffic, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and manage store budget.
- Build strong relationships with customers, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
