We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded individual to join our team as a Front Office cum Admin Executive. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, along with proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
  3. Handle front office duties including maintaining cleanliness, organizing files, and managing office supplies.
  4. Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  5. Utilize Excel for creating and maintaining Management Information System (MIS) reports to support HR and accounts departments.
  6. Support HR with tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting in recruitment processes.
  7. Assist in general administrative tasks including document management, record-keeping, and office management duties.
  8. Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and liaise with vendors for maintenance and repairs when necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proven experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for MIS reporting.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as part of a team.
  7. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
