Job Description:
For BDM, Relevant Exp required is atleast 2 years and salary upto 10 lpa and for Senior BDM, Relevant Exp required is atleast 4 years and salary is upto 15 lpa

1. Strong ability to hunt and self-generate business leads and opportunities in IT services specially in Mobile App, Website Design / Web App, DevOps & Cloud

- 2. Sales, business development or account management experience

3. Exploring opportunities in new markets, channels, product categories

4. Developing and managing customer relations for assigned accounts to deliver sales and marketing targets

5. Identifying and creating new opportunities within a targeted geography
6. Extremely ambitious and result driven
7. Communication skills should be strong

6. Attending tradeshows, visiting customers, market visit in territories
7. Drive, manage and execute a sales pipeline and provide accurate planning and reporting to the AVP Sales
8. Manage month-to-month sales team forecasting process and work with entire sales team on achieving goals
9. Assisting in implementing sales goals and training programs as needed to meet division’s goals for the assigned communities
10. Have a confident and mature approach to business and a hunger to grow business
