Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to define and drive the company's vision and mission.
  2. Sales and Marketing Integration:

    • Foster collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
    • Develop integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  3. Brand Management:

    • Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand across all channels.
    • Ensure brand messaging is aligned with the company's values and resonates with the target audience.
  4. Market Research:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
    • Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  5. Lead Generation:

    • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive sales growth.
    • Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
  6. Team Leadership:

    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  7. Performance Analysis:

    • Implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Regularly analyze performance data to optimize strategies for better results.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on the HVAC industry.
  2. Industry Knowledge:

    • In-depth understanding of the HVAC industry, market dynamics, and customer needs. Exporsure to AMC contracts and renewal from existing clients
  3. Leadership Skills:

    • Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performance teams.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
  4. Communication Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
