Job Description:
Supervising operations within facility to achieve higher output. Organizing training and educational manuals, updating training matrices for the production team. Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires. Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility and also overseeing routine production activities, troubleshooting and solving issues that arise on a production floor and ensuring a safe and clean production workspace.
