Back office Executive
Job Description:
2. Experience: At least 3 years, in reputed organisations. Experience in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) roles will be given preference.
3. Notice Period: 15 days/ Immediate joiners preferred
4. Age group: 25-40 years
5. Educational Qualification – Graduate in any stream. Law Graduates will be given preference.
6. Other Requirements:1. Strong communication skills in English (written and oral) 2. Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel (Advanced), Outlook.
7. Languages known: English, Bengali
8. Typing speed: Around 30 w.p.m
Job Description:
• Role will require liaison with Clients and local lawyers in various countries.
• Review emails, understand and then reply to e-mails received from both Indian and Foreign clients.
• Prepare detailed communications under the supervision of the Advocates at the Firm.
• Keep track of every ongoing matter with the help of databases.
• Manage portfolio of trade marks of the Firm, for its various clients.
• Mail monitoring.
• Database entry / logging of every assignment undertaken by the candidate, will be a critical part of the work.
• Generation of portfolio reports.
