Job Description:

As an Admin and HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall administrative and human resources functions of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing HR activities, and assisting in various HR processes to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and deliver results with a strong sense of ownership.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office cleanliness.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team.
    • Handle visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Human Resources Management:

    • Coordinate and assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
    • Facilitate new employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Administer employee benefits and handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
    • Support performance management processes and assist in conducting employee evaluations.
  3. HR Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documents, such as employment contracts and policy manuals.
  4. Employee Engagement and Relations:

    • Organize employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
    • Address employee grievances and concerns, providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Identify employee training needs and assist in coordinating relevant training programs.
    • Support the implementation of career development initiatives for employees.
