The Report Processing Specialist is responsible for client reports deliverables as per client subscription and frequency.
The position is for a Report Processing Specialist, who would work in Baroda / Mumbai / Delhi Nielsen Commercial Offices. The job gives an individual a good opportunity to understand the RMS Research industry.
Responsibilities
- As an owner of the client report deliveries, you need to co-ordinate well with Report Liaison and GCD teams for queries, leading the resolution in a client focused and timely manner in cooperation with RL / GCD teams.
- Should be able to handle query independently and process the error-free reports on time.
- Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to respective RL / Delivery Leads, driving SOP and use of best demonstrated practices.
- Ensuring timely delivery to GCD team expectations and satisfaction. Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues.

A successful Report Processing specialist delivers timely and with error free reports to our client. S/he is expected to understand the client queries and would be able to solve in an efficient and client focused manner
Qualifications
Qualifications
- BSc. in Comp. Science / BCA / GNIIT / MBA IT / MCA] / B.Com / B.Sc. in a Non comp-science field)
- Experience or knowledge of report generation using BI tools or knowledge of Advisor/Nielsen Answers is a plus
- Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlines
- A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail
- Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
- Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency
