Job Description:
1. New molds trails and validation.
2. Attend troubleshooting & regular mold start-up.
3. Process simplification, standardization and optimization.
4. Monitor 5S, KAIZEN, 7QC tools, activities.
5. Manpower handling and deployment.
6. Routine Production & shop-floor documentation.
7. To achieve daily target as per plan with highest level of quality.
8. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation such as quality, tool room and
maintenance
9. Having knowledge about insert Moulding (overholding)
10. Knowledge of ISO documentation, IATF, 5M, etc.
