Job Description:
Role:
- To manage the receipt of international reports and follow up with information providers on the delivery of reports.
- To manage the receipt of customer orders from the e-mail/ICON platform.
- To support input of report information in company database for domestic reports and international reports according to the company requirements and standards.
- To support international reports re-typing according to the company requirements and standards.
- To provide backup of customer service, communicate with information providers and act as main contact person with the team.
Skillset:
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Basic knowledge of finance & accounting principals
- Proficient in PC Knowledge, MS office & Word processing
- Able to meet deadline and daily volume target
- Detail-oriented and accustomed to detecting errors
- Multi-tasking, able to handle high volume of work under high pressure
- Good command of English (reading & writing) is preferred
- Strong communication skills
