Role:
Role: · Perform business analysis and user requirement documentation for new projects · Responsible for Tier II user support on regional invoicing tool · Involved in continuous process improvement for Insurance Operations Responsibilities: Project assignments · Assist project sponsor to identify and deliver on new projects in alignment with company direction and business objectives · Define detailed functional requirements with key users · Effectively communicate project expectations and status to development team members so as to successfully obtain technical requirements · Lead UAT efforts and obtain signature from test teams · Ad hoc projects and reporting to be assigned by manager · Business Analysis and Business processes improvement · Perform business analysis and user requirement documentation for new projects ; translate business needs into specification with defined business rules, workflow diagrams and risks analysis · Analyze and deliver recommendations on processes continuous improvement Tier II User Support · Prepare training materials, conduct user training where required · Support users and coordinate with It and consultant to solve efficiently system problems · Ad hoc reporting tasks to be assigned by manager Skill Set: · Ability to coordinate with several business teams, IT professionals and business analysts in different project development phases in both technical and business perspectives · Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills · Good interpersonal and customer interfacing skills · System problem solving, organization and management skills · Strong analytical skills and able to think strategically PERSONALITY TRAIT: · An ability to think innovatively and creatively · Positive “can-do” attitude · Proactive, dynamic, able to work independently yet a good team player · Mature, capacity to operate under stress and can meet tight deadlines · Result and customer oriented · Have the ability to influence and negotiate with others Interview Process : |
Skill Set:
- In-depth understanding of the regional Insurance industry
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Extensive experience in handling changing business requirements against pre-defined scope of work
- Extensive experience in process mappings and operational efficiency
- Extensive experience in application of technologies in the financial services industry
