Job Description:
Role :
Deliver support to end users for preparing Dashboard, reports and automating it in order to fulfill business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge in Advanced Excel, Macro and PowerBi.
- Should have strong knowledge in Excel VBA programming and Coding
- Develop the reports and dashboard and transition it to the IT Support team.
- Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for Managers and Stake Holders.
- Work with APR development team to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes.
- Liaise with IT team in specifying the user’s requirement and modification need from Head Office.
- Fill the GAP between Group and regional APR countries for any queries.
- Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
- Be creative and find ways to reduce manual work and think in perspective of getting reports automatized.
- Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for Managers and Stake Holders.
Skill Set:
Knowledge and practice of:
- Advanced Excel, VBA and Macros
- PowerBi
- Ability to analyze large data set and create visualization and reports.
- Analytical mind with a problem solving attitude
Interview Process :
- Functional / Technical round & HR round of Interview

- Candidates who are currently in Bangalore preferred & can join immediately
- Have space to keep desktop at home & have internet connectivity at home
- Excel VBA Excel expert with 2 to 3 years for experience in using advanced excel.
- Should have experience in developing complex reports and dashboard.
- Should have strong knowledge in Excel VBA programming and coding.
- Experience with other Microsoft Office products
