Job Description – Receptionist (Automobile Showroom)

Location: Malad, Mumbai
Gender: Female
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the showroom reception area and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

• Greet and welcome customers, guests, and visitors.

• Handle incoming telephone calls, transfer calls to the concerned departments, and take messages.

• Coordinate with vendors, visitors, and internal teams.

• Attend to customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.

• Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

• Handle general administrative and reception-related activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidate with a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive.

• Prior experience in handling reception areas, guest management, and vendor coordination.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good telephone etiquette and a pleasant personality.

• Presentable, well-organised, and customer-friendly.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Preferred Industry: Automobile showroom / Hospitality / Retail / Customer Service.
