Purpose of Position International Business Lead Generation

Department International Business Reporting Primary: Manager Based

Location Greater Noida Educational Qualification Any Graduation

Industry Preference Any Industry

Experience 2-5 years 

Key Responsibilities 

• Responsible for pre-Sales activities like Generating database, contacting (calls and mails) and converting the leads to an opportunity and forward these leads when mature to the sales team.

• Be bold enough to handle customers of various kinds from various regions / countries.

• Send emails using provided templates to nurture prospects from the higher hierarchy.

• Qualify prospect based on suggested guidelines.

• Proper follow-up with the prospects for before handling the same to sales team.

• Develop a pipeline for the prospects (should be segmented according to the product).

• Send emails, emailers, catalogues, brochures and other marketing collaterals through email to the prospects and help them with the right set of collaterals.

• Work on up selling and cross selling.

• To maintain the MIS and reports.

• Need to understand product technical in detail in order to give basic information to the leads during the conversation and handle basic technical discussions to mature the lead for next level discussion with Sales Team.  

Key Skills

• Excellent Convincing skills.

• Must be proficient in Excel and maintaining data sheets.

• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to speak well with the prospects / clients in international market.

• Understanding of Export / International Business will be given more preference.
