Hiring for Service Engineer-South Region

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Attend pre-sales client meetings and presentations with account representatives.
 Determine scope and develop proposals.
 Identify client requirements: (technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and requirements), technical design (including solution configurations and diagrams) and planning phases of the sales cycle.
 Provide the implementation team with all necessary documentation for the successful completion of the project (including solution configurations and diagrams).
 Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers.
 Work with sales to provide a response for technical RFI/RFP questions.
 Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls and sales trainings.
 Visit to existing Customer and New Customer Monthly and Generate Inquiry.
 Follow up to Convert Inquiry to order
 Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of Equipment’s
 Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
 Provide `high-level technical support to external customers at their location
 Provide on-site training to the customers
 Interface with cross-functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales
 Develop Service technical documentation
 Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
 Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with field applications scientists as appropriate
 Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
 Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
 Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer
