Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. Key Responsibilities:
● Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels to promote our financial advisory services.
● Understand customer needs through effective questioning.
● Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.
● Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
● Coordinate with the clients and set up meetings for the field sales team.
● Maintain proper logs of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Required Candidate Profile:
● 1 - 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales.
● Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Tamil/Telugu/Kannada.
● Confident, target-driven and experienced in handling customer calls.
● Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment industries preferred.
● Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel and call-tracking systems.
● Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business / related field preferred).
