KOL-BD | Kolkata | 1 opening Monthly fixed gross salary: INR 20,000–30,000 Work arrangement: Full-time, on-site. Exact workdays and hours to be agreed. Role purpose Build enterprise and venue business from qualified prospecting through proposals, collections and deployment handover. Key responsibilities      Identify suitable hospitality, corporate, airport, clinic and wellness prospects. Run discovery, arrange demonstrations and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline with decision makers and next steps. Prepare proposals and commercial cases using approved pricing, costs and assumptions. Coordinate negotiation, contracting and collection milestones with the founder. Hand over confirmed business to operations and support account expansion with documented customer feedback. Desired candidate Prefer 1–3 years in B2B sales or partnership development, with evidence of personally progressing opportunities. Evidence of personally closed B2B deals; CRM discipline; ability to explain product economics and manage long sales cycles. Venue or equipment partnerships are useful. Discounts and contractual commitments require delegated authority. Success measures Qualified opportunities, discovery-to-demo and demo-to-proposal conversion, sales cycle, collected revenue and contribution margin. Review targets against the agreed sales plan. First 90 days 30 days: agree segments and account list. 60 days: establish qualified opportunities and demos. 90 days: advance first proposals and report conversion and collection evidence.
