Profile Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced with a strong background in FMCG. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of Contract manufacturing process. To coordinate and manage contract manufacturing activities with third-party manufacturers, ensuring timely production, quality compliance, cost optimization, and uninterrupted product availability in line with organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1 Production & Control
Coordinate with contract manufacturing partners to ensure adherence to production plans and delivery schedules.
Monitor production status, material availability, and capacity utilization at contract manufacturing sites.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Track and manage inventory levels, including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods at contract manufacturing locations.
Liaise with Procurement, Planning, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Finance teams for seamless operations.
Resolve operational issues related to production, quality, supply, and deliveries in a timely manner.
Demonstrate the ability to manage timely price list communication and efficient PO release processes.


2 MIS & Report
Review manufacturing performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate records, reports, contracts, and documentation related to contract manufacturing operations.
Prepare and present periodic MIS reports and performance dashboards.

3 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
On-time production and delivery performance.
Inventory accuracy and stock availability.
Contract manufacturer performance compliance.
Quality and regulatory compliance adherence.
Cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Timely closure of operational issues and escalations.

4 Problem Solving and Decision Making
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and drive efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines

Key Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree .
5–8 years of experience in contract manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, production planning, or related operations.
Experience working with third-party manufacturers and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset.
Exposure to FMCG or Manufacturing industries is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP Hana & Excel
