Job Description:
Key Requirements
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in Power Plant Operations & Maintenance, preferably in thermal/captive power plants.
- Strong technical knowledge of Turbine, Boiler, DM Plant, Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and associated plant utilities.
- In-depth understanding of plant safety standards, statutory requirements, and HSE compliance.
- Proven experience in leadership, manpower management, and handling multidisciplinary O&M teams.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end plant operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance planning, shutdowns, and ensuring plant availability.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle critical plant situations independently.
- Experience in maintaining operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and plant performance.
- Qualification: B.Tech /M.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical
