Contribution to profitability and business growth. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Lead multiple residential and commercial real estate projects from planning through handover. Develop project execution strategies, detailed schedules, and resource plans. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Monitor construction progress and resolve execution challenges proactively. Project Planning & Financial Control Prepare and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans. Oversee cost management, bill certification, contract administration, and vendor performance. Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining project quality. Align operational decisions with the company’s profitability and P&L objectives. Risk Management Identify project risks related to execution, legal matters, finance, quality, and timelines. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Implement best practices in project governance and operational controls. Quality, Safety & Operational Excellence Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, construction specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct regular project reviews and operational audits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project execution processes. Leadership & Team Development Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations and project management team. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning. Establish performance metrics and ensure effective execution across departments. Strategic Planning Conduct project feasibility studies and operational assessments. Present project progress reports, risk assessments, and business recommendations to senior management. Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, business growth, and process improvements. Support strategic expansion initiatives and new project acquisitions. Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and operations within the real estate development industry. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale residential and commercial developments, construction management and budgeting. Required Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent project planning and execution capabilities. Thorough understanding of construction methodologies and real estate regulations. Experience in statutory approvals and government liaisoning. Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership mindset. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. High level of problem-solving and decision-making ability. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on execution and business growth. Experience working with reputed real estate developers.
