Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage plant administration, facility operations, infrastructure, housekeeping, security, and employee facilities to ensure smooth and efficient plant functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day plant administration and facility management activities.
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation, sanitation, and other employee facilities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of plant buildings, offices, utilities, and common areas.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related activities.
  • Manage AMC contracts, maintenance schedules, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, statutory, and facility-related requirements.
  • Maintain records, reports, bills, contracts, and administrative documentation.
  • Monitor facility expenses and control administrative costs.
  • Coordinate employee transportation, visitor management, and access control.
  • Handle plant infrastructure and repair/maintenance requirements.
  • Support audits, inspections, emergency preparedness, and safety initiatives.
  • Resolve employee and department-related administrative/facility issues.
  • Coordinate with HR, Production, Maintenance, Security, and other departments.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of the entire plant premises.
