CRM- Customer relationship manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused CRM professional to manage post-sales customer relationships, documentation, payment follow-ups, and coordination throughout the property buying journey. The candidate should have experience in real estate CRM and excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships from booking to possession and post-sales services.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, requests, and grievances professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and other internal teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, agreements, payment details, and documentation.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments, installments, and other charges.
• Coordinate booking forms, allotment letters, agreements, demand letters, and possession-related documentation.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress, payment schedules, and possession timelines.
• Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and CRM software.
• Track and close customer complaints within defined timelines.
• Prepare MIS reports related to bookings, collections, customer complaints, and pending documentation.
• Coordinate property handover and possession formalities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term customer relationships.
