Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-centric, well-groomed, and proactive Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our stores. The ideal candidate will ensure every customer receives a warm welcome, is seamlessly connected with the right Client Service Advisor (CSA), and enjoys a premium shopping experience that reflects the values of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Assess customer needs and assign the most suitable Client Service Advisor (CSA).
• Introduce customers to their assigned CSA and ensure a smooth handover.
• Manage customer appointments and ensure timely assistance.
• Assist walk-in customers when CSAs are occupied to maintain a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Suggest and implement customer engagement and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure a consistently high standard of service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or front-office roles, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or premium menswear.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and the local language.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts as required in retail.
