The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and presenting business data to support management decision-making. The role involves preparing reports, managing databases, ensuring data accuracy, and providing timely MIS reports to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Collect, compile, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
• Generate sales, operations, inventory, production, and performance reports.
• Analyze business data and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Create dashboards and presentations using Excel and reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with various departments for timely data collection and reporting.
• Automate reports and streamline reporting processes where possible.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management summaries.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF Functions, Conditional Formatting).
• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports.
