# Job Description – Inside Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups* through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable *VFDs, automation products, HVAC solutions, and related products*.
* Prepare and share quotations, technical/commercial offers, and product details.
* Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
* Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Service, and Accounts teams for order processing and payment follow-up.
* Maintain customer and inquiry records in *CRM*.
* Regularly follow up on *pending quotations, orders, and outstanding payments*.
* Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
* Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements

* Diploma/B.Tech in *Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field* preferred.
* 1–4 years of experience in *inside sales, technical sales, or industrial products*.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic understanding of electrical/automation products.
* Good knowledge of *MS Office and CRM*.
* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
* Confident, proactive and customer-focused.
