Job Description:

 

🔑 Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sales team & allocate daily/weekly tasks
* Assign enquiries/leads through CRM & enquiry register
* Drive sales growth, handle negotiations & close orders
* Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into business
* Authorize orders and coordinate with delivery/operations
* Maintain enquiry register, weekly MIS & task tracking
* Monitor debtor list & ensure timely payment collection
* Handle project sites, resolve issues & coordinate with teams
* Manage contractor billing, site documentation & paperwork
* Develop new business & get product approvals in Govt./Private projects (BIS, CPWD, NBCC, PWD, CIDCO)
* Maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, builders & architects

✅ Requirements:
✔️ Strong B2B / Project Sales background
✔️ Good in MIS, CRM & reporting
✔️ Strong negotiation & team handling skills
✔️ Two-wheeler with valid driving license
