Job Description:
Designation: Manager - Human Resources
Reports to: Managing Director
Role- HR Manager
Industry – Mnaufacturing
Exp required - 10+ yrs
Gender- Male
Education – MBA
• Initiate and frame various HR and administrative policies, systems, controls and procedures
• Implement human resource policies & procedures – handle all issues related to the same
• Manage all activities associated with recruitment & selection, induction, career & succession planning, PMS process, separation
• Ensure effective implementation of grievance handling procedure
• Manpower planning across all levels, handling performance management - KRA setting, mid-term reviews, career and succession planning.
• Educate all Managers on performance appraisal system and ensure proper implementation of the same
• Identify training and development needs, creating individual development plans & Initiate training and development (viz. preparing calendar & coordinating training programs)
• Processing of monthly payroll for both workers and staff
• Administer increments and bonus payments
• Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements like PF, Gratuity, ESIC, Payment of Bonus Act and Minimum Wages Act etc.
• Liaison with statutory authorities (PF, ESIC, Labour department, IH&S, Employment Exchange, Insurance Company)
• In-depth research on new market trends, process, changing Government policies etc. & implementation
• MIS related to employee master database, employee turnover, recruitment details etc.
• Manage all administrative related work of the plan such as housekeeping, security, travel, etc.
• Collate MIS for all departments and present it to MD for review and decision making
