Job Description:

Scope of Role
 Business Development: Identify, prospect new corporate clients through networking,
cold calling, and industry events.
 Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
with key decision-makers and existing clients, Insurance brokers and Insurers.
 Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry
developments to identify new opportunities.
 Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure
high-quality service delivery.
 Presentation to client on capabilities.
 Relationship Management with Clients & Insurance Companies
 Building new corporate relationships and managing the existing ones.
 Presentation of Policy Coverages and risk factors to corporate and senior management
 Relationship with Insurance companies at various levels and working with them for
 *Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing
valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies; initiating market
development efforts
 Introducing senior team / management to the clients/Insurer regularly.

 Knowledge & Skills Required

 Strong Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)
 Strong Presentation Skills
 Ability to effectively interact and convince a customer to listen (Even team members
& peers)
 Experience in managing multiple stakeholders will be preferred
