Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 1–2 years of experience in MIS reporting and strong proficiency in MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining databases, analyzing data, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, and reporting records.

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources.

• Prepare Excel-based reports and dashboards to track business performance.

• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.

• Use Excel formulas and functions to simplify reporting and calculations.

• Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.

• Maintain proper documentation and support management with reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in MIS reporting is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel is a must.

• Hands-on experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and COUNTIF/COUNTIFS.

• Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, and data validation.

• Experience in preparing and maintaining MIS reports independently.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with practical experience in Excel-based reporting and data management.

• Candidates who can independently handle MIS reports and maintain data accuracy.

• Candidates based in Kolkata or willing to work in Kolkata.
