Experience – 1 To 5 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to connect with customers after vehicle purchase or service to collect feedback on their experience. The role focuses on understanding customer satisfaction, identifying issues, and helping improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
•Call customers after vehicle purchase or service visits to gather feedback
•Ask structured questions about sales experience, service quality, and product satisfaction
•Record customer responses accurately in CRM/software systems
•Identify dissatisfied customers and escalate issues to the concerned team
•Maintain polite, professional communication at all times
•Follow daily call targets and reporting requirements
•Update feedback reports and share insights with management
•Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of customer information
Required Skills:
•Good communication skills (verbal and listening)
•Ability to handle customer complaints calmly
•Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)
•Fluency in local language(s) + Marathi / English / Hindi
Qualifications:
•Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)
•Prior experience in telecalling / customer service is preferred (especially in automobile or service industry)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
•Number of calls completed per day
•Customer feedback collection rate
•Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
•Accuracy of data captured
•Issue escalation turnaround time
